It's back! And this year, it's going to be even better. This year, a small team of riders and support crew will ride over 215kms in two stages, travelling through some of South Australia’s most picturesque rural regions: the Clare Valley, the Barossa Valley and the Adelaide Hills, finishing up in Glenelg.
Each rider will receive 2 sets of cycling kit to proudly wear on tour, plus an 8-week training program including 2 assessment rides. Join us!
To participate in the country tour, each rider is required to:

You will need to fundraise a minimum of $2,000 via your profile on the Tour de Cure website.
Along the way, the team will visit a local primary schools to deliver our Be Fit, Be Healthy, Be Happy program. Together, we will raise awareness that 1 in 3 cancers are preventable and that by making simple, healthy lifestyle choices, they can reduce their cancer risk.
We know that for every 100km a patient lives from radiotherapy, they have a 6% greater chance of dying than city patients. The team will deliver $10,000 to local cancer projects along the route and see first-hand the positive impact this has on people affected by cancer in regional Australia.
Number of participants is strictly limited so that each team member receives the full Tour de Cure experience.
