Jake Bailey - Tour de Cure Snow Ball 2016
We're delighted to have inspirational speaker and cancer survivor, Jake Bailey, as an ambassador of Tour de Cure. Jake caused a global sensation when he delivered a moving speech from his wheelchair as Head Boy of Christchurch Boys High School’s prize-giving ceremony in November 2015. He had just been diagnosed with Burkitt's non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, the fastest growing cancer known to man. He was given three weeks to live if this was left untreated. Now in remission, Jake is determined to share his experiences and his courage in the hope of helping others. His personal story makes him a powerful advocate for the work that we do.
