Why I want to help cure cancer

2016 was awful. We lost a 46 year old school Mum to bowel cancer, we lost our own TdC Nathan Jones at only 41 years old, but then it hit very close to home. My step brother was diagnosed in February 2016 with stage 4 bowel cancer and we lost him in July. He was only 41 and his son has no Dad. We were all devastated. No one should have to die so young to such a cruel and indiscriminate disease. All this after losing my Dad in 2011, and it's why this will be my 8th year of being involved with TdC. They really do make a difference in the fields of cancer research, awareness and support. If you don't want to ride the crazy distances we do, then you can help make a difference by donating to the TdC team.

> See how hard I am training!

Fantastic effort Jodi and your family. You are a remarkable person and an inspiration to many.
