This one is not to be missed
The Peter Mac Ride is a magical tour, bringing together an amazing group of people united in one goal - to cure cancer.
In 2018 we'll be back to Tasmania again, riding out of the Peter Mac Centre, onto the Spirit of Tasmania and then onto the Apple Isle.
It will be another incredible ride to raise vital funds for pioneering cancer research at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre.
When: 25 – 29 November 2018
Where: Melbourne – Tasmania – Melbourne
The team are there to share incredible memories, but above all, to change the lives of those touched by cancer.
Visiting the Apple Isle
Starting from the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre in Melbourne, we're riding on to the Spirit of Tasmania and setting sail overnight to Devonport. Over 3 days and 300kms, the team will experience the breathtaking beauty of the Tasmanian wilderness and it’s pristine coastline before the return voyage home back to Melbourne.
The experience will be measured in life-changing memories not just miles!
The bottom line
On tour, we hear more riders groaning about sore butts than sore muscles. So the bottom line – pardon the pun – is ride more, and your butt will thank you later!
While cycling is a great sport and lots of fun, cycling on public roads is a potentially dangerous activity which carries risks. We want you to ride safe and enjoy riding in a bunch.
